Jaguar Land Rover’s State of the Art North American Headquarters

A former Wall Street professional, Geoffrey J. Block, now manages RLB Squared, which has stakes in commercial real estate. Through this entity, Geoff Block has an ownership interest in the former Sharp Plaza building in Mahwah, New Jersey, now leased by Jaguar Land Rover.
Opening its doors on March 27, 2018, the new facility represents an over $30 million investment for the automotive firm. Mayor Bill Laforet of Mahwah was on hand during the opening to present to the top executives of Jaguar Land Rover a key to the city. The 114,000 square-food building sits on a campus spanning 12 acres. The showroom features the latest Land Rover and Jaguar models.
Around 30,000 sq. ft. is dedicated to training, product research, and development. The facility boasts of over 490 work stations, over 75 conference rooms, and has over 85 wireless access points both indoors and outdoors for a flexible working environment. As part of the company’s sustainability effort, only recyclable and eco-friendly paper products are used in the facility.
