Experienced Wall Street executive and former Crown Growth Partners leader Geoff Block has owned and managed operations at RLB Squared, LLC, in Bluffton, South Carolina, since 2013. In this role, Geoff Block oversees a number of notable real estate holdings, such as Jaguar Land Rover in Mahwah, New Jersey, and Spring Meadows of Lansdale in Pennsylvania.

The Spring Meadows of Lansdale memory-care neighborhood is currently involved in a $3 million renovation and refurbishment project. Led by architect John R. Parry, Jr., an AIA LEED Green Associate, the project has been launched with a goal of enhancing quality of life and increasing access to memory care for residents, all while maintaining a sense of home.

The Spring Meadows renovation project began in response to the growing need for advanced memory care support. Laurel Meadows, an all-new addition to the community, will feature 40 homes for individuals living with dementia and similar memory-based impairments. These homes have been carefully designed with a centralized, one-floor setup, though individuals and families can choose from five unique designs, including studio and two-bedroom units. More information about the Spring Meadows of Lansdale renovation can be found at www.springmeadowsoflansdale.com.
