The manager of the holding company RLB Squared, LLC, in South Carolina, Geoffrey J. “Geoff “ Block has extensive experience with real estate development and investment. Geoff Block and his wife have contributed to initiatives such as the Lowcountry Strong Foundation, and volunteered with the Hungry Heart Restaurant Workers Relief Fund.

Serving those in need in Beaufort and Jasper Counties in South Carolina, the Lowcountry Strong Foundation focuses on response to disasters and emergency situations. Through a partnership with the Downtown Catering Company, the organization recently established the Hungry Heart Restaurant Workers Relief Fund in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Funded by donations, Hungry Heart exists to serve hospitality workers who have lost jobs or income as a result of the pandemic. Those who fit this criteria can visit restaurants in Beaufort, Bluffton, and Hilton Head to receive lunch and dinner daily at no cost.

The Lowcountry Strong Foundation promises that 100 percent of donations will go directly to the fund. For more information or to make a contribution, visit www.lowcountrystrong.com.
